At HIGHTIDE STORE DTLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods and stationery. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  Carefully pack the items in their original box or a similar protective container to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship to DTLA

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Los Angeles flagship location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the items to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
