Currently, HIGHTIDE STORE DTLA ships within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain apothecary and stationery items are final sale for hygiene and quality reasons.

Can I pick up my order at the DTLA store?

Yes! We offer a 'Local Pickup' option at our Downtown Los Angeles location. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions for curbside or in-store collection.

Are the products sold online the same as in the physical store?

Most of our curated Japanese stationery and home goods are available both online and in-store, though we occasionally feature exclusive items or limited-run collaborations in our DTLA showroom.
